A manifestação da emoção na fala: estudo perceptual com falantes nativos e não nativos

Este estudo piloto tem como objetivo analisar a expressão da emoção na fala por meio de análise de produção e percepção, focalizando o debate sobre a universalidade da expressão das emoções nos humanos, iniciado pelo trabalho pioneiro de Darwin (1872). A análise de pro-dução foi baseada em 8 parâmetros acústicos: 5 parâmetros entoacionais e 3 de qualidade vocal. Para a análise, 32 excertos do português brasileiro foram selecionados e divididos igualmente entre raiva, medo, alegria e tristeza. Como esperado, o grau de concordância entre os brasileiros foi de razoável a bom K = 0.73, p ~ 0, enquanto os ingleses tiveram um desempenho inferior K = 035, p ~ 0 (FLEISS et al., 2003). Os resultados da ANOVA de um fator mostraram uma diferença significativa entre os julgamentos das emoções. A diferença entre as medias (Tukey HSD) parece ser um indício que reflete os erros dos participantes.
