Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the partial results of a research carried out within the scope of the project Ressignificação de práticas pedagógicas: o desenvolvimento dos multiletramentos no contexto pós-pandêmico em escolas de Educação Básica de Minas Gerais, financed by Fapemig. We sought to analyze diagnostic and pedagogical intervention actions related to multiliteracies in teaching practices at two schools in a city in the south of Minas Gerais. This article consists of a theoretical discussion about multiliteracies, a brief presentation of the research project and an analysis of interviews with three teachers from participating schools. It was possible to verify the need for teacher education perspectives that value the multiplicity of languages and cultural diversity and that provide spaces to promote contextualized learning and more effective pedagogical practices.
