Variação semântica e a noção de Hierarquia Funcional-Conceitual

Resumo

Dentro da Nanossintaxe, a variação no comportamento sintático-semântico de distintas classes é explicada pelo fato de que línguas diferentes codificariam partes distintas de sequências funcionais hierárquicas em diferentes itens lexicais. Essas sequências seriam, por sua vez, construídas a partir de conceitos primitivos muito mais finos do que as categorias sintáticas tradicionais e se aproximariam de uma decomposição semântico-conceitual como a proposta de Jackendoff (1983, 1990, 1997). Para diversos autores (STARKE, 2010, 2011; CAHA, 2009; PANTECHVA, 2011), a questão da variação se reduziria, então, à diferença no tamanho das estruturas estocadas em diferentes itens do léxico. Este trabalho apresentará, assim, uma discussão sobre a relevância da aplicação da noção de hierarquia funcional-conceitual na análise das preposições do português brasileiro.

Professora Auxiliar I de Português Língua Adicional na Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-americana (UNILA). Bacharel em Letras Francês - ênfase em Est. Linguísticos pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2008) e mestrado em Estudos Linguísticos pela mesma Universidade (2012). Atualmente, é doutoranda em Estudos Linguísticos pela mesma instituição. Em sua tese, investiga as mudanças diacrônicas na representação semântica de verbos e preposições envolvidos na expressão do deslocamento em PB. Na UNILA, coordena a pesquisa "Português e espanhol pedalando juntos: a relevância da aprendizagem em tandem para o fortalecimento do bilinguismo em línguas próximas" vinculada ao Grupo de Pesquisa "Interfaces dos processos e objetos de ensino-aprendizagem de Português e Espanhol como línguas estrangeira e adicional (GP IPOELEA)". Tem experiência na área de Ensino-Aprendizagem de Língua Estrangeira, com ênfase em Didática (Teoria e Prática de Ensino: Metodologias, Abordagens e Desenvolvimento de material didático) e na área de Lingüística, com ênfase em Semântica, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: estrutura conceitual, verbos de maneira de movimento, semântica lexical e cognitiva e preposições espaciais.
