Abstract

The BNCC builds an education panorama, assuming schools are equipped with modern instruments, in operation, where various Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) are used by teachers with deep levels of digital literacy. To prove this hypothesis and verify how such assumptions appear in the document, our research makes a clipping, focusing, through the inductive procedural way of Content Analysis, on the sections referring to the teaching of Portuguese language teaching in basic education. And it is based on a theoretical framework that covers the following fields: literacy, digital literacy (key literacy, performance levels) and teacher training. The objective is to relate the (in)congruences between what emerges in the official document in relation to the expected performance of the digitally literate Portuguese language teacher and what scholars in this field theoretically postulate for teachers with deep levels in this type of literacy.
Keywords: digital literacy; Common National Curriculum Base; teacher training; writing.
