Abstract

This paper deals with the sequence image reading by 5, 8 and 10 old children, as they construct a story, the interaction of the verbal and non verbal codes, focusing in particular on children’s capacity to refer to the character’s internal states as reason of their behavior to express that the belief of one character is false. It emphasizes also the effects of reflexive tutelage, as  resource for discursive progress. The results are presented and discussed taken examples from
undertaken research.
