Abstract

This article talks about the teaching process in text production. It requires taking all the various factors involved into consideration, including the objectives at which this process aims. The main question, among others, is the fact that these objectives changed following the role given to teaching, which went from reproductive to productive or constructive. In this perspective, we propose to approach text production under the scope of the Theory of Predicative and Enunciative Operations (TOPE), through the invariance linguistic principle, in which displays the linguistic variations. It is from this place that the TOPE dialogs with the constructive objectives in text production teaching and it will be from this place that we intend to defend that this teaching must be approached as a translation exercise in which the student is called to act as the reader as well as the author.
